Yes — the exported clip is an ordinary video file, so it uploads to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube like any other video. If a platform only accepts MP4 and your browser produced WebM, run the file through any converter once before uploading. What the audience sees there is a flat video of the panorama turning, not an interactive 360 view: in-app spherical playback needs a file carrying its own 360 metadata, which a recorded rotation does not have. For most feeds the rotation is the point anyway, because it shows the whole scene without asking anyone to drag.
The container depends on what your browser can record: the exporter asks for MP4 first and falls back to WebM when H.264 recording is unavailable. Both formats play back on this page and open in most video editors, and the note under the player states which one you received together with the file name. If a destination insists on the other format, a re-encode converts between the two without changing the rotation.

An equirectangular JPEG, PNG or WebP with a 2:1 aspect ratio works best, and 4096 × 2048 pixels is a typical size for a file under the 80 MB limit. The 2:1 shape is what makes the rotation look natural; any other ratio is stretched across the sphere, and the page warns you before the export. A rotation video judders when the browser tab sits in the background, because browsers throttle timers in hidden tabs and frames end up duplicated. Keep the tab in the foreground for the whole export.
